Being named after the English engraver who designed the Morgan dollar, George T. Morgan, the Morgan was the first standard silver dollar since production ceased of the Seated Liberty dollar. It also contains the reverse design of the 1879 eagle; instead of a flat breast that is pictured on the 1878, the 1878 7tf rev 79 contains a convex breast or a breast that is outlined. This coin carries a brilliant uncirculated finish that similar to a MS63 grade and its diameter is 38.1 millimeters.
