All policies are
subject to change at any time and all such changes will be effective

Indemnification
By using Golden Eagle Coins’ services, you agree that
neither the company, nor its affiliates, officers, directors or shareholders
can be held liable for any costs, damages, expenses, liabilities or obligations
you incur as a result of your breach of agreement with Golden Eagle Coins, or
your failure to adhere to the Conditions of Use.
Limitation of
Liability
By using our services, you agree that Golden Eagle Coins
cannot be held liable for any consequential, exemplary, or indirect losses or
damages you may incur from a transaction with us. If Golden Eagle Coins is
held liable to you for a transaction, liability will be limited to either the
amount which you paid during the transaction or $100; whichever is greater.
Either you or Golden
Eagle Coins may terminate this User Agreement at any time with written notice
to the other party.
Termination will not affect the rules and rights
available to you or Golden Eagle Coins in regard to use and transactions which
occurred before the termination.
Golden Eagle reserves the right to exercise any and all rights available to us by law in the event of your failure to comply with any obligations you owe us. This includes, but is not limited to, using any of your funds being held by Golden Eagle Coins to satisfy your financial obligations to us. We may also offset any financial obligation we owe to you, against your outstanding obligations.
We reserve the right to turn your account over to a collections agency or lawyer for collection if necessary. In that event, you are responsible for paying all costs associated with the collection, including, but not limited to attorneys fees and court costs.
No delay or failure to act on our part can be construed as a waiver of any right or remedy. Also, no action upon any right or remedy will limit further exercise of that right or remedy.
By using any Golden Eagle Coins service you agree to allow us to charge the credit card you have provided for any market losses incurred by Golden Eagle Coins as a result of your failure to fulfill any obligation.
Absence of RelationshipUpon using any Golden Eagle Coins service, the only relationship created is that of a buyer and a seller. No other legal relationship exists or is implied.
Our written consent is required before you may transfer or assign these Conditions of Use, any rights it grants you, or any obligations to another party. This User Agreement will be considered binding on any allowed transfer or assignment and any successors of Golden Eagle Coins.
Dispute ResolutionIt is our goal that all disputes can be resolved in a
timely fashion. To that end, use of any Golden Eagle Coins service requires
that you agree to dispute resolution as outlined below:

Selection: The State courts of Prince George’s County, Maryland shall have
jurisdiction in any disputes. Disputes must be resolved within those courts. By
using any Golden Eagle Coins service, you agree to waive any objection to the
jurisdiction of those courts.
• Governing Law: This User Agreement
shall be governed and interpreted in agreement with the laws of Maryland.
• Waiver of Jury Trial: Arbitration: BOTH GOLDEN EAGLE COINS AND YOU WAIVE
YOUR RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY AND ARBITRATION IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE.
Shipment may take up to thirty (30) days from completed payment, depending upon the manner of delivery. Note that this 30 day period is IN ADDITION to all payment clearing times and any product-specific delays. Applicable taxes, as well as shipping and handling charges are not reflected. You are fully responsible for applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges. Each package over $100 requires a signature upon delivery. Golden Eagle Coins fully insures all of its shipments. Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you it will be covered by our insurance policy. However, we will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature or if you have given them instructions to leave your package with a third party. When we ship to you, if metals are lost or damaged in transit, Golden Eagle Coins assumes responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we will file a claim. Once the claim is filed, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.
Please note that Golden Eagle Coins will not be responsible for reimbursements or insurance claims on packages that are successfully delivered as addressed. Our liability and insurance ends the moment the package is signed for or left at the specified delivery address. Any issues or problems with a shipment MUST be reported within 2 business days, else Golden Eagle Coins may have to refute any claims.
LiabilityFailure to perform or delay in the performance of any of our obligations due to events that are beyond our control is excusable, and Golden Eagle Coins cannot be held responsible or liable for any losses or damages incurred because of such events.
Further AssurancesBy using any Golden Eagle Coins service, you agree to complete and provide any other reasonable documentation or actions which may be required.
NoticesAll communications with us must be through an authorized agent of Golden Eagle Coins in the state of Maryland. All communications to you will be sent to the mailing address, or e-mail address you provided upon registration.
Absence of WaiversAny failure or decision not to take action in response to any of your failures to comply with these Conditions of Use does not affect the ability of Golden Eagle Coins to act upon any other such failure.
SeverabilityIf any term of the User Agreement is found to be unenforceable under the applicable laws, it does not affect the enforceability of any other term.
