The coins are good, maybe great....I get what I pay for. The shipping is the problem. Golden Eagle insists on using USPS for whatever reason. The last coin I ordered has been 10 days in the mail, and still is not here. Complaints go nowhere. Why UPS or Fed Ex can't be used is beyond me.

It's very easy to write something positive about a seller when everything goes "hunky dory". However, it is in the occurrence of adversity one can find the true character. That is where the good folks at Golden Eagle exemplified professionalism, courtesy and tolerance while dealing with me. Bob Sr, Bob Jr, Clint and Big Jim all worked diligently with me, in my anxiousness to receive my American Eagle gold coin. Even though I was a "small" fish (compared to some of the others Golden Eagle Coins deal with) I was still treated like I was a million dollar customer. For that, I am grateful. For that, I am writing this testimony. Finally, for that, you should feel completely comfortable and confident when dealing with Golden Eagle Coins. Oh, and by the way, my coin arrived, in no time, in fine fashion and was even better than I had expected! Thanks!
