I have made several purchases from Golden Eagle and have been pleased with each one, but one in particular stands out. I ordered a 1oz Golden Eagle Coin, which was my most expensive purchase from them at the time, and then I sent my payment by mail. Our wonderful post office lost the envelope so my payment was not received in a timely manner. In my conversations with Golden Eagle (specifically Betty), they were so understanding, they held the order as placed until I could rectify the situation, and they were exceptionally helpful in the process. Wow! I was VERY incredulous about ordering Gold online, but Golden Eagle was great! The Gold arrived 2 days after it was shipped. I am very happy with this service and will order more coins soon!

I bought some rhodium from Golden Eagle - then sold it back to them two years later. Upon selling they quoted me a fair price over the phone - and I shipped it out as soon as I received their confirmation. During the time it took for my package to get to them the price of rhodium dropped considerably - but they issued me a check for the agreed amount quickly. Very pleasantly surprised at such a smooth and simple first transaction! Will gladly use them again!
