Peace Silver Dollar Very Fine Condition 1926-S

The San Francisco Mint was one of three mints to produce the Peace silver dollar. The Peace silver dollar's lifespan was one of the shortest a US silver dollar has ever seen, with only 10 dates in its name. Your 1926 Peace dollar is in very fine condition, containing large amounts of wear, especially around Liberty's hairline and her tiara. On the reverse, the eagle displays signs of wear on its feathers and wings, with the motto also heavily worn. The Peace dollar was the first US coin to memorialize peace in the US, showcasing olive branches on its reverse.
