  • Description:

Produced in commemoration of the lunar year 2012, these Pamp Suisse one ounce bars bear the striking image of a dragon coiled around a column. A Chinese character adorns the bottom of the column. The design appears on both sides of the bar, with the reverse bearing the rear side of the dragon. The reverse of the bar also bears the Pamp Suisse logo, states the purity and weight (1oz silver 999) and bears a unique serial number. The bar comes packaged in tamper-resistant plastic. Each bar is produced using the most exacting engineering standards at the state-of-the-art Pamp Suisse refinery.

Headquartered in Switzerland, Pamp Suisse is recognized throughout the world primarily for its gold products. The company recently began minting silver bars, which are now as prized by collectors and investors as the company’s gold due to the care and precision that goes into each bar. Although Pamp Suisse’s silver bars are comparatively expensive, due to the artistry and workmanship of each design as well as the security features on each bar. Additionally, each bar comes with a certificate and each will be encased in plastic.

Founded in 1977 in Ticino, Switzerland, Pamp Suisse is recognized as one of the world’s leading bullion brands. Bars are produced in the company’s technologically advanced refinery, and their quality is assured.

Both silver and gold offer investors attractive opportunities, as they both hold their value better than paper money. Although gold has traditionally been viewed as the more desirable of the two, there are numerous reasons to consider investing in silver. The simple law of supply and demand ensures that the value of silver is likely to increase for the foreseeable future. Supplies of silver are decreasing at the same time that its industrial uses are increasing. The opposite is true for gold. This means that in the near future, at least, the value of silver should continue to outpace gold.
