One of the main goals, a Morgan silver dollar collector has, is collecting every Morgan that was minted at every US Mint. There were four main mints that were responsible for minting the Morgan silver dollar. The Philadelphia Mint, the Carson City Mint, the San Francisco Mint and the New Orleans Mint. Although each mint produced the same designed coin, each mint also offered the series it individuality. The Old Mint served as a branch of the US Mint from 1838-1861, then again from 1879-1909. While the Morgan silver dollar was in production, the New Orleans Mint was able to stay in business since it relied on the Morgan silver dollar production. Unfortunately, the Morgan's production ceased in 1904 and the New Orleans Mint was decommissioned shortly after. Your 1892-O Morgan is considered to be in good-very good condition, exhibiting a very worn surface and lack of image details.
