PCGS is a well-know grading agency that has made its way through the coin scene. It reigns as one of the top grading companies in the US and is preferred by dealers, collectors, and mints alike. PCGS takes great care in their grading techniques, resulting in a spot-on grade every time. Their sleek packaging also holds up through the years and allows collectors to admire their coins even though they are in a holder.
Your Certified Uncirculated Silver Eagle 2010 MS70 PCGS First Strike is a part of the First Strike program, indicating it was one of the first coins minted in the initial 30 days of production. This lends to the coin containing a stronger strike than other coins minted later on. Your coin has earned the highest grade possible for BU coins and proudly wears that grade on its holder.

-Obverse: A Walking Liberty is revealed wearing a robe that is gently blowing in the wind. The American flag is draped around her shoulders and both of her arms are occupied; one is holding a bundle of branches and the other is invitingly open and outstretched. The rising sun is slowly coming up to offer the hope of a new day. The obverse is stamped with the words, "Liberty," "In God We Trust," and the coin's date of mintage.
-Reverse: The reverse bears the official Coat of Arms for the United States of America. The seal is comprised of a large eagle being guarded by a shield. Both of the eagle's talons are clenching an object: the left is holding olive branches to represent peace and the other is holding arrows to represent the warrior attitude. This eagle is not to be reckoned with. The coin's weight and purity are also written on the reverse as proof of validity.
