The American Silver Eagle displays much of the history of the US and is the perfect way to mark a special occasion for loved ones. Similar to the US, most countries have their own silver dollar that is marked with that country's insignia, historical etchings, and whatever else that is important to that nation. The US Coat of Arms, the Walking Liberty, and the 13 stars to symbolize the original 13 colonies are just a few reasons why the American Silver Eagle isn't just about the silver but the history that comes along with it. American Silver Eagle collectors also enjoy collecting both the uncirculated and proof versions of the series. With the appealing low mintages of the Proof Silver Eagles, your silver coin collection will increase in numismatic value just by adding these mirror-like gems to your repertoire.
Your Certified Proof Silver Eagle 2008 PR70DCAM PCGS glimmers with a "freshly struck" patina that has literally stood the test of time and is protected by an official certified holder, issued by PCGS. Your coin has earned the highest grade of PF70 and remains on every collector's bucket list.

-Obverse: The obverse design was inspired by Adolph A. Weinman's famous design on the Walking Liberty half dollar from 1916-1947. The Walking Liberty design was chosen, due to its popularity by being the most popular image on a US coin in coinage history. This iconic image graces the obverse of every American Silver Eagle; Lady Liberty is delicately draped in a loose fitting dress as she holds dearly some branches in her arm and the US flag over her shoulders. "Liberty," "In God We Trust," and the date of mintage are stamped on the obverse as well.
-Reverse: The reverse reveals the US Seal: a large eagle with outstretched wings, talons holding branches and arrows, and a shield to protect its chest.
