The Certified Peace Silver Dollar 1928 MS61 NGC is a brilliant uncirculated coin, encased in an official NGC holder, sporting its BU grade of MS61. NGC is a grading agency, trusted by numismatists nationwide and known for their impeccable grading techniques. Unofficially the last year of production for the Peace silver dollar, the Philadelphia Mint met its intense quota for the 8 year contract. Due to the Pittman Act of 1918, the US Mint was required to mint millions of silver dollars, only using domestic silver.
