Only 2% of the Morgan silver dollar's production took place at the Carson City Mint. Since the Carson City Mint was the smallest of the four US Mint branches, it produced the least amount of Morgans every year. The Morgans it did produce came with very low mintages that have caught the attention of many collectors. To top it all off, the Carson City Mint was decommissioned before the Morgan's production ceased, leaving a very small amount of "CC" Morgans left for collection. Finding a BU Morgan with few to none bag marks is incredibly hard, if not impossible depending on the year and mint-mark. Your 1883-CC Certified Morgan Silver Dollar is a rarity since it earned a high MS65 grade. NGC is the most trusted grading company worldwide, and has preserved your coin in their official NGC certified holder.
