The four US Mints, that are historically known for producing the Morgan silver dollar, are the Philadelphia Mint, the Carson City Mint, the San Francisco Mint, and the New Orleans Mint. Also known as the Old Mint, the New Orleans Mint served as a branch of the US Mint from 1838-1861, then again from 1879-1909. Since the bulk of the New Orleans Mint's production was the Morgan silver dollar, they literally didn't make enough money to stay afloat after the Morgan ceased production. Nowadays, the Old Mint is considered an official historical landmark and is presently the oldest structure in the US. Your 1880-O Morgan is considered to be a brilliant uncirculated coin and received the grade of MS63. PCGS is the grading company, that issued your coin its grade, and has placed your coin in an official certified holder that is also marked with the appropriate grade.
