Canada 2008 50-Cent Sterling Silver Triangle Coin- Milk Delivery

This 50-cent coin is certified to be sterling silver with a weight of 20 grams and a diameter of 34.06 millimeters. With its reverse design covered in green translucent enamel-effect, it was inspired by one of many different coloured token shapes that once "circulated" in Canada. The Milk Delivery theme is represented on the reverse by two well-known symbols of this trade - a Holstein cow and a milk bottle. The obverse features the portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, by Susanna Blunt.
