I've ordered twice, both times service was spectacular. The wait for shipping on my first order was long because of the way I had it processed (personal check), and when I called to inquire, a REAL person answered the phone, was polite, and was very helpful. His ETA was exact, by the way :). Will order again! I've dealt with several other precious metals dealer on the net, and golden eagle is the best with price, shipping time, and cust service.
