My husband, James, and I just wanted to say thank you to Golden Eagle Coins and especially to Bob, Sr. We called a couple of weeks ago worried about our order of silver eagle coins, unsure why they did not ship with our gold eagles. Bob, Sr. spoke with us on the phone and explained the delay was on the Mint's part (heavy demand), and that they would ship as soon as possible. Within the week we had our silver eagles in hand, well ahead of the anticipated ship date even. We just wanted to thank you for making our delivery a priority, we know you have a lot of customers to serve. This was my first big purchase online. I researched prices and customer reviews and chose to go with Golden Eagle Coins. When I received my package, I noticed a few items were not exactly what I ordered. I called the phone number for Golden Eagle Coins and spoke with Sammie about it. She said she would look into it and call me back. Sure enough, she called about 20 minutes later and said she figured out what happened. She said that she would ship to me the correct items and include a shipping label to use to ship back the incorrect items. Done. I'm very impressed with the customer service of Golden Eagle Coins!
