When I received my package, I noticed a few items were not exactly what I ordered. I called the phone number for Golden Eagle Coins and spoke with Sammie about it. She said she would look into it and call me back. Sure enough, she called about 20 minutes later and said she figured out what happened. She said that she would ship to me the correct items and include a shipping label to use to ship back the incorrect items. Done. I'm very impressed with the customer service of Golden Eagle Coins!
